INSTRUCTOR-DRIVEN

The program for speed training, led by Clay Terrell, is guided by his expertise and experience as a former track and football athlete for Florida State. Clay takes an active role in designing and overseeing the training program, ensuring that proper techniques and progressions are followed. Athletes receive personalized attention and guidance, enabling them to achieve their athletic goals safely and effectively under Clay’s leadership.
